A Professional Home Base Business: Pre-Paid Legal Group Division

If you have experience in professional sales or have an interest in a professional sales home base business, the Pre-Paid Legal Group Division may be perfect for you. The group division of Pre-Paid Legal involves marketing the Life Events (Family) Legal Plan and/or the Identity Theft Shield as an employee benefit. This division of Pre-Paid Legal is great for someone who is very professional and enjoys calling companies and meeting with HR, business owners, and school district superintends.

A few Pre-Paid Legal (PPL) associates start their PPL business in the group division. Actually, the group division at one time was the only division available during the early years of PPL over 30 years ago. Many PPL associates prefer this division because they do not have to recruit anyone to make a 6 figure a year income with PPL. Their primary focus is to market a lot of memberships by opening accounts with several different companies and/or school districts. Some PPL associates (aka groupies) only go after small companies with less than 50 employees, and other associates only go after the larger companies with up 100 or more employees. Either way, the income potential in this division could be very lucrative.

A PPL groupie may spend their Monday mornings calling companies and school districts to schedule appointments to go and talk to them about offering PPL services as an employee benefit. Their goal is to fill up their calendar with appointments for the week or possibly the month with potential clients that may turn into accounts. Once the PPL associate gets an approval for a new account, they schedule time to go and talk to the employees and enroll them with a PPL membership. One company enrollment could mean enrolling up to 50 or more employees. This one enrollment could create a huge check with on-going residual income for the PPL associate who opened the account and got the enrollments.

The group division is pretty much like working professional sales position but you do not get paid by the hour. Like all the division in PPL, you only get paid when memberships are written and processed by Pre-Paid Legal. The group division is not for everyone but if you have experience as a professional and you can discipline yourself to do the work required to get paid, the Pre-Paid Legal group division may definitely be for you. PPL associates who wish to go into this division are required to attend a 2 day training class and they encourage to repeat the training as often as possible.
